New link added to our weblink page .. our friends from the east!  It's nice to have a quick and direct contact with them over the net so that we can pinch some of their ideas!
We were all very shocked to hear of Peter Boak's death in September 2005.  He was a very good friend of the branch, as well as being a great support in the language world generally. We have added our own Tribute on our website.
Sadly, Charles Claxton can no longer be our dynamic chair, but we know he'll be dynamic in the back benches still!  The committee have asked Helen to be Chair, and she's honoured to be asked!
