Tributes

Peter Boaks, Director of CILT, (seen here presented with a gift from the committee in recognition of his support for the branch both morally and nutritionally), who retired in September 2004, but continued to work for and on behalf of languages within ALL.  It was with great sadness that we learnt of his death in September 2005.   We shall always remember him as a great friend of the branch. We have included a page with examples of tributes from members of our committee.
David Buckland has given distinguished service over many years to MFL as a teacher, adviser,  trainer and writer.  News of  his death came as a great shock, and we have included a page with tributes paid to him by the mflresources community and others here.
